Salary Range: 95k -120k + Benefits
We are growing General Contractor and Design-Builder company based in the South Denver Metro. As an emerging building company we specialize in many High-Profile Education, Financial, Religious & Office/Retail projects in the region. We are looking for a Project Manager that has experience on projects of various sizes and complexity while also supplementing our estimating staff as we create hard-bid and design-build estimates.

What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors, and owners
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar)
- Strong understanding of building systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Prior experience representing a self-performing contractor
- Effective deadline management skills
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, Excel, and/or Primavera
- RFI and change order experience
