Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Construction
Salary: Up to $130k
Requirements: 3+ years of Civil Construction and OR Commerical Construction.

General contractor specializing in Civil Infrastructure Services working in Texas's Public Works and Commercial markets.

Portfolio along with a backlog of projects coming up in 2022 and 2023. They are well known for having an excellent Family-Like Culture and have little to zero turnover throughout.
This truly unique role offers the opportunity to join a small team of experts in their field.
What You Will Be Doing Support project bidding and procurement activities
Plan, administer, and supervise Highway/Heavy Civil construction projects and open to other divisions within the team
Maintain excellent relationships with project partners - owner, consultants, subcontractors - through constant communication and consistent professional behavior
Establish and maintain safe working conditions; implement and enforce corporate safety policies and procedures
Coordinate all phases of project construction, ensuring work is performed on time and within budget, proactively identify potential delays and address conflicts
Negotiate and process extra work claims, change orders, supplemental agreements, and value engineering concepts
Track and monitor subcontractor work and billings
What You Need for this Position Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering
Experience running your own team as a Project Manager
Experience running multiple projects - depending on the size of projects
Experience with TxDOT Projects
In-depth knowledge of TxDOT specs, earthwork, and equipment; knowledge of bridges is a plus
