Located in The Heart of Santa Monica, LA we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to come join our team! If you have experience in our fields of construction specifically our Multifamily/High Density Apartments, please waste no time in applying!
What You Will Be Doing - Conduct regular project team meetings and manage subcontractors
- Consistent interaction with clients, architects and local jurisdictions
- Utilize project management tools to track project costs
- Prepare costs for completion and job finalization.
What You Need for this Position - 3-5 years of Project Management Experience
- Multifamily/Hotel Construction Experience in Los Angeles
- BS in Construction Related Field is a HUGE plus
- Well Rounded Knowledge of Construction Software is another HUGE plus
What's In It for You - $150,000-170,000 Base Salary
