RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Louisville, KY.Summary:The IT Project Manager is an energetic and inspirational leader who identifies, assembles, and leads project or agile teams, identifies appropriate resources needed, and manages schedule of dependencies to ensure timely completion of work items. The candidate routinely manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. They should be familiar with business scope, objectives, and outcomes, as well as the role and function of each team member, and their role in achieving those outcomes. The IT Project Manager effectively guides the activities of both internal team members and external vendors. They exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. The Project Manager understands the context and significance of department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. They will also make decisions regarding their own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, intrinsic resourcefulness, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. The candidate follows established guidelines/procedures.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience working as a project manager in a technology area
- At least 2 years of experience working as an IT developer, scrum master or technical analyst
- Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
