ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANGER
The Select Group is currently searching for an Associate Project Manager to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage industry that will sit onsite in Ormond Beach, FL. This Manager will be responsible for keeping project timelines on track and guiding this client on their project management journey. This is a growth opportunity to bring expertise, but also learnand grow into a more experienced Project Manager within an enterprise environment and with a growing company in the Financial Services industry. ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate level consultant (2+ Years of Project Management experience)
• Experience coordinating functions and ability to communicate with internal cross functional teams
• Expertise prioritizing of key initiatives for requirements and company goals
• Prior experience documenting Project Plans and Accountability Matrix's
• Knowledge of enterprise status reporting experience and creating dashboards for KPI's (at company/enterprise level)
• Smart Sheets and/or excel experience: Managing Deadlines/Keeping management on track for scheduled activities - Plus skill not required

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting enterprise environment consultants to get through prioritization of key initiatives
• Documenting project plan and creating accountability matrix's
• Enterprise status reporting and dashboards for KPI's monitored by Private Equity partner
• Bolster disciplines on PM requirements to ensure the right questions are asked
