Exciting opportunity to join a General Contractor in South Florida delivering luxury restaurants and high end retail. Due to sustained growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and continue the growth path.

Your new role
Reporting into the Project Director, you will be the first in line on this project and will hold significant responsibility in the deliver of these projects. You will take ownership of the schedule, budget, on site management, subcontractor and other vendor relations, quality control, safety and compliance. The company is progressive, implements the latest construction software into their day to day activities and they are big advocates of training and development.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally my client is looking for a current Project Manager who has been in the industry with a general contractor in the the South Florida region. You will have 7-10 years' experience in working on luxury restaurant projects in the region of $3M-$10M. My client is looking for someone who is looking for the next step in their career. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Manager or Engineering is preferred.
