Our greatest strength is our people and we are looking for a Mixed-Use Project Manager to come build the future with us.
What You Will Be Doing - Work hand in hand with Principal-in-Chare and Design Principal
- Manage multiple projects at a time, implement successful project delivery
- Oversee quality and conform to client standards
- Understand design intent and goals for project implementation
- Assist in budget management
- Mentor and guide project staff
- Maintain relationships, and nurture clients
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
- License is preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong Revit skills
- Experience managing multiple projects at a time and budgets
- Experience with multi-family, mixed-use projects
- Type V construction
- Adobe Suites, Office, Microsoft products
