The Project Planner is a member of the Project Management Team. Responsible for integrating and coordinating the project lifecycle phases. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the project control schedule in accordance with procedures, guidelines and instructions, ensuring that the project schedule reflects the scope in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure. The Project Planner assists the Project Manager for review meetings, monitoring and reporting the overall project activities and milestones, analyzing trends and proposing any required corrective actions to ensure that projects are delivered at the required time
The main areas of responsibilities are:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that critical changes that affect the project timeline are adjusted
- Develop full scale project plans
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Integrate project schedule, risk evaluations and assessment
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Countinuous project monitoring and reporting
- Manage the project schedule reporting
- Support projects, achieving functional milestone deadlines
