What You Will Be Doing This is a Property Manager position, you will be required to do the following:

-Maintain personal contact with property owner(s)/asset manager and tenants.
-Monitor lease expirations and work with leasing team to maximize tenant retention.
-Complete monthly A/R collections.
-Complete the monthly reporting according to owner's needs.
-Ensure compliance with management agreements.
-Competitively bid service contracts annually
-Manage vendors
What You Need for this Position -5+ years of Property Manager experience
-Bachelors degree preferred
-Strong knowledge of property management with Industrial, Warehouse, Distribution, Commercial
-CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
-Familiar with Yardi, MRI, Kardin, Avid, Microsoft Office or similar software
