Responsibilities:

  • Seek out by way of trade journals, agency postings, and various advertisements for professional services, both public and private, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and manage distribution to appropriate professionals for Go/No-go process
  • Assist in the preparation of proposal materials, including coordinating, collecting, organizing, updating, and formatting proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials that ensure GPI delivers a strategic, first-rate proposal/qualifications package
  • Support the team in providing first-in-class service to clients and other external stakeholders
  • Maintain and create new marketing collateral that captures GPI's value-added approach, with the ability to strategically customize based on the stakeholder
  • Document project development with photography and video, contributing to brand growth
  • Maintain marketing database, corporate reports, and certification materials driving cross-team and cross-organization transparency
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English or related field desired
  • Experience in the AEC industry a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail as it applies to the application of brand guidelines.
  • Candidate must be collaborative and proactive in interacting with senior management and team members to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive requests.
  • Customer service mindset

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
  • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
