Responsibilities-

Primary:

  • Create and maintain spreadsheet system of inventory tracking
  • Keep accurate inventory count
  • Input Data after on-site Inventory's
  • Heavy data In-put Info to Spreadsheet
  • Conduct ongoing on-site Inventory's (could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Report shortages
  • All other tasks assigned by manager
Secondary:
  • Cross train to assist Purchasing assistant.
  • Cross train to help input Field Purchase Orders (FPO)
  • Cross train to answer Vendor requests.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • At minimum 3 years of inventory/purchasing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Regular attendance - reliable and punctual
  • Valid CA Drivers License and satisfactory Driving record
Hourly rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr. (DOE)
