Description:
Responsibilities: .
Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs.
Draft, revise and edit contractual documents.
Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones.
Resolve contract compliance issues ? Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transaction?s internal negotiation team.
Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies.
Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements.
Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
