Overview

SUMMARY

Stampede Ventures is a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Quality Associate for The candidate will be performing quality inspections at customer facilities and other various tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States in the Baltimore, MD area. The Quality Associate will review the performance of on-site staff including SVI employees and sub-contractors during the execution of their duties. Performance reviews can include physical execution of work, quality and timeliness of submittals (quotes etc.) and work order review in Maximo.

The Quality Associate will travel to the various sites serviced by the SVI contract ensuring contract performance is up to standards. This travel will include the sites in our Region 5 contract (VA, MD, DE) as well as assisting with sites in our other regions which may be awarded soon. (PA,WV,NY). Travel is estimated at a minimum of approximately 50%.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to perform on site performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with SVI employees and Sub-contractors to schedule site visit
• Address customer concerns
• Establish relationships with Federal government & DoD customers
• All other duties as assigned
• Interacting with all levels of management

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's)

• Four (4) + years' experience performing quality control inspection services of which two (2) years were in the role of Quality Control Manager.

• High school education or equivalent

Preferred

• Facility maintenance experience with the DoD preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
