Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Quality Engineer for a manufacturing plant located near Los Angeles, CA.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university (engineering or STEM major preferred); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a plus or willing to obtain within 18 months of employment
- Certified through American Society of Quality (ASQ) in one or more of the following; CQE, CQM, CQA a plus or willing to obtain within 18 months of employment
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods, metallurgy, quality management systems, and documentation.
