Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Quality Supervisor with the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) program at Behavioral Health Network!

The Quality Supervisor provides successful quality assurance and quality improvement processes of the PCBH program, serving youth and adults with chronic behavioral and medical conditions, with the goal of improving health outcomes and overall quality of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision of quality assurance and quality improvement processes and staff.
  • Oversee and ensure quality compliance with agency regulations and program contract requirements.
  • Analyze data to understand implications on clients, services, staff and key performance indicators while seeking methods to improve agency and/or program practices and processes and identifying problems and proposing solutions.
  • Maintains effective and collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Quality Supervisors at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
  • 5 years of experience in the human services or related fields (required).
  • Prior supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance (required).
  • Considerable knowledge of principles of behavioral health, including the classification and treatment of mental health, addiction, and services for individuals with developmental delays.
  • Must be committed to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration.
  • Must have a working knowledge of regulations and must be detail oriented.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car available for working hours.
