Various Shifts\n\nJob Duties\nPerforms various duties in a warehouse management system to receive and ship product and process customer returns. Responsible for performing routine and some non-routine warehouse tasks including but not limited to receiving, shipping, inventory of material. Performs these tasks in a warehouse or production support environment. Ensures safe and legal handling of regulated materials for all inbound and outbound shipments, including proper separation, palletizing, loading and storage. Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies and prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares material for final shipment. As required, lifts heavy items manually or with assistance. Most tasks are well defined and require general judgment or interpretation. Other duties as assigned which may be assignments of lower job grade and should not exceed current job grade.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience
Clerical experience including typing and/or general office administration duties preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communication skills. Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training. Experience dealing with the movement of heavyweight freight using forklifts and other loading/unloading equipment preferred. Ability to communicate both timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment is required.

Job Conditions
Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This position requires extensive standing and walking.
