Locations: Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Irvine
Hours 8am-5pm
Onsite
All of these positions are temp to hire!
Duties:
Receive incoming calls
Transfer calls
Take messages
Order office supplies
Maintain kitchen tidy
Order lunch for staff
Receive packages
Data Entry
Other duties
Qualifications:
Must have recent receptionist background
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be detailed and a team player
