White 10 eneral Medical unit seeking highly motivated experienced nurse to join our dynamic team. Our unit is participating as one of 68 hospital units throughout the country in the Transforming Care at the Bedside (TCAB) initiative led by the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE). This important initiative empowers the bedside nurse and unit-based leadership to generate ideas and translate these ideas into changes that will improve the way care is provided to our patients and their families. Potential candiates will be familiar with the TCAB initiative. Responsibilities include assuring competent, compassionate nursing care for specific patients and families. The staff nurse is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of a designated group of patients.

Qualifications
BSN is required. MA RN license required. A minimum of two years of RN experience is required. Per diem position requires day/night rotation, including weekends and holidays.
