Salary: $70,000-$85,000
Description: Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Local Regulatory Compliance Associate in Philadelphia, Pa area!
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, update submit regulatory documentation
- Compile and maintain data for regulatory compliance
- Monitor emerging chemical regulations and legislation
- Review product labels and literature for OSHA, DOT, EPA and FDA requirements
- Coordinate SDS updates and maintenance
- Provide EHS guidance for NCL facilities
Requirements:
- BS degree preferred
- 5+ years experience as EHS or Regulatory professional
- Knowledge of CFR, OSHA HAZCOM, DOT, EPA FIFRA, FDA OTC EPA regulations
- High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
