RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Seattle-based healthcare client is looking to add a full time Risk Adjustment Data Analyst to a growing team. This is a 100% remote role. This client requires a COVID-19 vaccination. Candidates must live in one of these following states: Arizona; Colorado; Florida; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Montana; Nebraska; Nevada; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Tennessee; Texas; Virginia; Washington; WyomingSummary:This role will be working on reports that support monthly financial accruals, KPI for our external clients, KPIs for our internal leadership and performance teams, and supporting our vendors (data submissions, coding and retrieval). 80% of time, the Risk Adjustment Data Analyst will be working on ad hoc analysis, exploration development, answering a question once or building a new report that can be put in production. 25% of time, they will be working on regular routine reports, updating data tables, regular process work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Economics or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare analytics using data daily for analysis
  • Independent worker, self- motivated
  • SQL experience required - must use daily
  • SAS experience is nice to have


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
