CohnReznick is looking for a dynamic Risk Advisory Manager to join our Risk Advisory Practice. The right candidate can be based in any one of our more than 25 offices across the United States, with the ability to work remotely.

• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Ethics and Compliance Risk Management
• Internal Audit
• Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
• Third Party Risk Management
• Regulatory Compliance

In this role, the right candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and execute various risk advisory initiatives and projects related to the above listed service areas.
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and implement risk mitigation programs
• Manage ethics and compliance risk and program design assessments
• Develop ESG risk profiles and conduct ESG program assessments and data validation
• Assist clients with developing and implementing strategies and programs to manage third-party related risks
• Establish yourself as trusted advisor in the areas of risk management.
• Plan, manage and execute large co-sourced internal audit relationships
• Work in a variety of industries including but not limited to cannabis, financial services, real estate, life sciences, NFP and higher education.
• Collaborate with other extremely talented professionals across our Global Consulting Solutions Group (GCS)

Qualified candidates will possess a strong understanding of various risk management methodologies and experience in managing and successfully delivering risk management services in the identified service areas. Specific skillsets include the ability to:

• Work closely with clients and staff to develop a project vision, related to the risk management services being delivered.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify other client-related risk management needs.
• Manage, develop and train staff on projects, assess performance and provide constructive feedback both formally and informally.
• Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced interactive, results-based team environment
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing with key client stakeholders, and other firm professionals
• Assist in the development of various go to market facing initiatives including thought leadership, marketing materials and prospect proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance-related field
• Related graduate degree a plus
• Professional Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CCEP, a plus
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience. Prior professional services firm or equivalent experience a plus.
• A strong business acumen and knowledge of business and operational processes
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and travel to clients as required
• The desire to join a collaborative risk advisory environment and proactively contribute to the development of continually evolving risk management service platform.
• Ability to work, collaborate and deliver results in a highly remote workforce environment.
