About the units

• New grads are not being considered at this time.
• Comprehensive orientation, ongoing clinical support, and coaching.
• Clinical nursing staff supports the vision and practice under the guiding principles of the Department of Patient Care Services and Mass General Hospital for Children.
• The staff is committed to providing highly skilled, high quality family centered care to the children and their families.
• Our two inpatient Pediatric units have a combined 46 beds of General Care Pediatrics, caring for medical, surgical, and oncology patients' (infants through the 21st year).
• RNs rotate between both units led by one Nursing Director.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• MA RN License required.
• Minimum of two years Inpatient Pediatric RN experience required.
• 36- or 40-hour Day/night rotations including weekends and holidays required.
