Salesforce Manager

As the Salesforce Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading our team of Salesforce Administrators. You will play a crucial role in prioritizing projects/initiatives, establishing best practices for project & task execution, and acting as the representative of the team, both internally and with 3rd party vendors/consultants/etc.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of three Salesforce Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related requests and communications from stakeholders across the business.
• Utilize your expertise in business analysis and project management to prioritize projects, streamline processes, and drive successful project execution.
• Establish and enforce best practices for business analysis and project management within the Salesforce team.
• Interact with other leaders within the organization to understand their needs and align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Salesforce team, whether through hiring developers, leveraging consultants, or enabling the current team to produce higher quality/quantity of work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionality, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing our Salesforce implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of Salesforce with other systems and processes.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field)
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Manager, leading a team of Salesforce professionals.
• Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Experience working with 3rd party applications such as Cloudingo, Conga Composer/Sign, Cirrus Insight, OwnBackup, Revenue.io / Outreach, etc.
• Experience working with Pardot is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, customization, and configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in business analysis and project management, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Passion for technology and its application in driving business growth.
