Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead for a 6+ month project.

Title: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead
Location: Remote, with 2 weeks on site in Boston and 1 potential international trip
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Required: US Citizens or Greencard holders due to potential for international travel

Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting-related activities, providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and implement best practices for recruitment processes and workflows within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, identify integration points, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize the use of the platform.
  • Manage a team of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, including job requisition management, candidate management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work on site in Boston 2 weeks over the duration of the project and potentially for 1 week in Austria.
  • Current SuccessFactors Recruiting certification(s) is a required.
