This Opportunity

We are seeking a Scientist who is passionate and highly motivated to eradicate cancer using T-cell receptor (TCR) gene therapy approaches. Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Performing experiments related to generating antitumor T cells
• Carrying out assays related to identifying tumor-specific TCRs
• Characterizing phenotype, specificity, and function of T cells
• Critically analyzing and interpreting data
• Contributing to study reports and presentations

Essential for the role

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in mammalian cell culture
• Experience in common immunological assays (e.g., multicolor flow cytometry)
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable for the role

• Expertise in culturing human T cells
• Expertise in genetically modifying T cells
• Strong molecular biology skills
• Experience in immunotherapy development in a biotech/pharma setting
• Master's degree in related field
