This Opportunity
We are seeking a Scientist who is passionate and highly motivated to eradicate cancer using T-cell receptor (TCR) gene therapy approaches. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing experiments related to generating antitumor T cells
- Carrying out assays related to identifying tumor-specific TCRs
- Characterizing phenotype, specificity, and function of T cells
- Critically analyzing and interpreting data
- Contributing to study reports and presentations
Essential for the role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in mammalian cell culture
- Experience in common immunological assays (e.g., multicolor flow cytometry)
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable for the role
- Expertise in culturing human T cells
- Expertise in genetically modifying T cells
- Strong molecular biology skills
- Experience in immunotherapy development in a biotech/pharma setting
- Master's degree in related field
