Screening Specialist

Compensation: $17.89 hourly

The Screening Specialist is responsible for providing background screening for job candidates and administrative support to the Human Resources department.

This is a Remote position open to Missouri residents. This position is Full-time, benefit eligible. The schedule in Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC

* Conduct initial background screenings (FCSR, OIG, SAMS, education verification, drug screen, etc.)
* Complete E-Verification process
* Process and upload new hire forms and documentation into personnel record
* Gather, track and report data for Human Resources related reports as needed. Ex: anniversary lists, Class E license, etc.
* Create employee name badges
* Assist with personnel filing, following all legal guidelines
* Serve as Relias Learning consultant to staff
* Assist with staff notifications (mailings, intra-agency mailings, electronic mailings)
* Provide backup support for Human Resource staff when needed
* Perform research for Human Resources topics as directed
* Special projects as assigned

High School/GED required

At least two (2) years Human Resources experience preferred
