Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master 3 - Remote
This position is remote.This position is contract with the possibility of extension.
Our partner is currently seeking a SCRUM Master 3 for an enterprise AML area - Technical and Large Volume of Data.
- Fast paced
- Lead experience - leading multiple crews(10-14 people) Developers and BSA's and PO's
- Enterprise level exp
- Banking/Finance exp
- Oracle/SQL
- Manage offshore team/resources
Requirements:
- Scrum Master - 4-5 years of experience as a SM lead is required
- Agile required
- Development and or Business System Analyst background is required
- Strong technical background is required
- JIRA and Confluence experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driver
- Problem Solver
- Collaborate
- Work Independently
- Ability to quickly acclimate
- Product Owner background is a plus
- Anti-Money Laundering
- Banking
- 6 +years overall experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Scrum Master Certification is required
Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing 2-3 crews
- Scrum Ceremonies
- Working daily with the product owner
- Reporting
