Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial entries not recorded or recorded through subledger processes including adjusting entries, prepaids and month end accruals.
• Responsible for analyzing and maintaining balance sheet accounts and keeping reconciliations current
• Partner with payroll department to record biweekly payroll.
• Intercompany Reconciliation Experience
• Assist with yearly external financial statement audit.
• Responsible for booking payroll adjustments weekly from bank detail.
• Coordinate Fixed Assets and depreciation with our CPA firm.
• Pull reporting from Certify Travel/Entertainment software for journal entry preparation.
• Support department in streamlining the close process.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Oracle Cloud ERP, Netsuite, Ultipro, and Certify experience needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. (Excel pivot tables and lookups a must).

• Demonstrates competence in multi-tasking.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

• High energy personal style and aptitude for process-oriented thinking.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.

• Track record of consistent stable employment or education.
• Ability to sit at desk in office location each normal workday.
• Ability to use personal computer.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in person, by email, Zoom, and by telephone.
• Ability to work well in a pressure environment.

• High visibility role and communication with management, clinic providers, clients and vendors.
• Internal collaboration with all Everside Health associates.
