Senior Financial Analyst- Health Plan Partnerships

This role advances the mission of Roswell Park by aiding the Health Plan Partnerships & Value-Based Care (HPP&VBC) Department by aiding in financial decision making through reporting and analysis of hospital financial and clinical data/performance, as well as health plan financial and clinical data.
The analyst will be responsible for the coordination, collection, design, interpretation and completion of the department's analytical needs on a wide range of subjects impacting HPP&VBC at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The analyst will work closely with individuals at all levels of the organization (senior management, departmental leadership and staff) in various departments within Roswell Park including Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Finance, Quality, Reimbursement, and Business Intelligence.
Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems or a related field, or CPA and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a corporate accounting/financial reporting/analyst role; or
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems or a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in a corporate accounting/financial reporting/analyst role.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Previous experience in managed care contracting/quality analytics.
