Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are currently in search of a dynamic Snr. Human Resources Generalist to be an integral part of our manufacturing client's workforce, supporting a specific business unit within their group with all day-to-day HR functions.

The schedule is Monday - Friday, with traditional hours and 100% on-site. Local candidate only; no relocation & moving quickly.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of full-cycle HR experience working within a mid-sized organization and comfortable working within an industry that is heavily regulated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: The role will be a true generalist - tasked with supporting a set business unit with tactical HR Operations.

Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policy & procedures.
• Talent Acquisition: conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and partner with hiring managers to identify gaps, etc.
• Serve as SME on HR policies & procedures, providing guidance to managers & employees as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize HR processes across different departments & business units.
• Manage HRIS and records, assist with audits, and perform other HR administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• Proven experience in delivering training sessions.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
