Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Integrity Management Engineer to support our Consulting business in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

Develop integrity management strategies and schemes, anomaly management, risk-based inspection planning and review, and studies into all aspects of mechanical integrity management, in response to client requirements. Develop standards and procedures for supporting the Integrity Management Systems. Ensure integrity-related projects are meaningful in providing ongoing integrity assurance and adding value with respect to life of assets. Develop risk-based inspection methodology and subsequent Inspection & Maintenance routines. Define scopes for inspection, testing, monitoring and maintenance of pressurized systems including internal and external inspections by development of workpacks. Review inspection data, identify/determine prioritization of anomalies, and define appropriate engineering assessments and remediation. Facilitate workshops, which include barrier analysis, Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Assessment (FMECA) and inspection/maintenance planning reviews. Implement codes and standards including API (510, 570, 571, 580 and 581) and SAE JA1011. Conduct engineering analysis, which includes Technology Readiness Level (TRL) assessments, criticality assessments, Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM), and RBI (Risk Based Inspection) analysis. Lead and execute projects and team within the realm of Integrity management. Implement performance improvement and quality control objectives based on client feedback to maximize reliability/ uptime, minimize costs and increase compliance for oil field products. Develop standards and procedure for managing and reporting reliability and uptime data using maintenance management systems. Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines for resolution of integrity related concerns that represent a threat to continued safe operations and production for the client. Interface with clients to present/validate integrity program related activities.

Skills / Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Subsea Engineering or related field and five years of experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
