As a Senior Manager on the Last Mile team, you will own strategic projects from inception to execution to help grow the foundation and breadth of our business, while partnering with our product team and external stakeholders.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Developing the 3-year strategic plan for the business, and defining out initiatives that the business should focus on
  • Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end; these initiatives are focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth
  • Working closely with our Product, Field Operations, and Analytics teams to execute on the strategic initiatives/projects
  • Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas
  • Thinking through A/B experiments and pilotsto test out new ideas and/or capabilities
  • Measuring success based on defined metrics and identifying business gaps/opportunities


You'll be successful in this role if:
  • You're a strategic thinker, can look at the big picture and develop strategic roadmaps and kick-start new initiatives
  • You possess an entrepreneurial drive and can come up with inventive and sustainable solutions for our biggest last mile problems and opportunities

  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives sources and have a mindset for synthesizing the insights to inform recommendations and decisions
  • You're driven to stay on top of market trends and competitive landscape and have experience in conducting competitor and market opportunity analyses
  • You've demonstrated an ability to write and present clearly and persuasively, and communicate complex ideas in a compelling way to a variety of audiences
  • You've excellent storytelling, verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at the right level of detail depending on your audience
  • You've shown an ability to build relationships and influence without authority
  • You're someone who can execute, with strong discipline and organization skills; someone who gets things done
  • You have a proven track record of driving successful project and program management
  • You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale


Minimum Qualifications...

  • Bachelors: Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in top-tier management consulting, and/or in-house corporate strategy required. Experience in direct retail and/or consumer business experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience creating strategic frameworks, conducting strategic planning exercises, and driving large, complex, cross-functional processes
  • Ability to use different form of data, insights & analytics, conduct market research, and generate consumer insights to build a compelling narrative for partners
  • Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with proven track record of leading projects and initiatives autonomously

  • Leadership or supervisory experience and technical/functional expertise in the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, customer experience, operations management

  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
1 year's supervisory experience
