Senior Master Control Operator

What you'll do as a Senior Master Control Operator:

• Play a key role in the daily distribution of VSiN's broadcast signal.
  
• Load and check daily playlists in our Crispin Master Control system.
  
• Maintain broadcast schedule timing.
  
• Proactively provide feedback on QA, placement, and signal concerns.
  
• Work with the engineering team on complex technical issues and planning.
  
• Monitor incoming and outgoing signals.
  
• Troubleshoot master control systems as needed.
  
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to deliver exceptional experiences for viewers.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

• At least 4 years of master control experience.
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems, status updates, solutions, and priorities.
  
• Comfortable with master control systems and equipment.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in high-pressure situations.
  
• Effective time management skills with the ability to maintain and track multiple tasks.
  
• Must work well under pressure.
  
• Ability to evaluate proper broadcast audio-video signal and quality.
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
