Key Responsibilities
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Develop and manage peer-to-peer digital and live programs, speaker bureau, steering committee, and advisory boards to support KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma and potential future indications. You have the potential to transform the lives of patients with this rare and deadly eye cancer who have had no FDA approved treatments until the launch of KIMMTRAK, Immunocore's first product. Be part of the US marketing and cross-functional team commercializing the first drug in a new generation of targeted immunotherapy with a first in class bispecific T cell receptor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advance thought-leader strategy for KIMMTRAK, which may be leveraged as a template for pipeline products in the future. Work cross-functionally to identify new and cultivate current key opinion leaders (KOLs), developing strong relationships with these healthcare professionals as their trusted "go-to" commercial contact.
- Lead development and implementation of peer-to-peer / speaker program educational content, such as slide decks and patient cases, in collaboration with agency partners.
- Identify and train commercial speakers, manage speaker bureau, and work with the field force to ensure flawless and compliant execution of programs.
- Identify opportunities for enduring digital peer-to-peer content, lead strategic development with platforms such as OncLive or VuMedi, and negotiate impact guarantees with vendors.
- Develop and execute US advisory boards in partnership with medical team and steering committee(s) to inform key business questions and future brand promotional strategy and tactics.
- Work through the US promotional review process with regulatory, legal, medical, and agency partners for areas of responsibility.
- Gather timely feedback on tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program development opportunities or message refinement.

OTHER DUTIES
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Establish or clarify process and gain cross-functional alignment where needed to enable implementation of first-time programs for Immunocore. Work with speakers and contracts team to establish contracts for services.
- Participate in relevant scientific congresses and regional conferences to stay up to date.
- Own brand budget for relevant tactics and closely monitor performance to ensure cost effective implementation of all deliverables.
- Support other ad hoc projects that arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Preferred professional experiences include customer engagement, identification of up-and-coming thought-leaders, speaker program management, and marketing analytics.
- Marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATONS
- US Oncology (Solid Tumors or Malignant Hematology) experience required. Immunotherapy and/or biologic experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with major in biology, scientific area, or related business. MBA, or related advanced life sciences/healthcare degree preferred (Ex. PharmD, MD).
- Experience working with and developing KOL relationships in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- 5 - 7+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical marketing experience or combination of marketing and sales experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Located in Rockville, MD or Conshohocken, PA. Travel is approximately 35%.
