Slalom is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Salesforce services and client success. This person will provide thought leadership to our clients, support business development efforts, help set the strategic direction for the Salesforce team, and steward Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people.

Responsibilities

Accountability for driving quality delivery, business development, account management, and operational aspects, including:

--Practice Building:

  • Identify new opportunities for growth ofSalesforceofferings within existing and new clients.
  • Provide expertise during sales efforts to define high-level solutions, scope, and estimate the technical level of effort.
  • Articulate the benefits and risks of a solution's feasibility and functionality.
--Engagement Lead:
  • Manage engagement risk and project economics, including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape.
  • Lead functional and/or technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states.
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce.com projects.
--Team & Individual Development:
  • Responsible for people/career management and project staffing.
  • Develop and deliver best practices, delivery templates, and point-of-view papers. Create reusable collateral to be used as sales and delivery accelerators.
  • Responsible for individual and blended team utilization targets.

Qualifications
  • Consulting experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, emphasis on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC.
  • Experience with managing and leading people, including mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Strong business operations acumen (e.g., invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization).
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
