Your Role: Reporting to the Director of US Marketing - Bavencio, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for helping lead the strategy and tactical execution for oncology product (immuno-oncology), Bavencio in the US. This includes facilitating the refinement and execution of the overall brand strategy, leading all aspects of tactical execution and leading complex cross-functional teams to accomplish brand objectives.

  • Support the Brand Lead and HCP Lead with strategy, message development, and execution of branded and unbranded promotional materials to enable an impactful delivery of Marketing content
    • Participate in Brand Planning and ensure tactical pull-through of key strategic initiatives
    • Closely collaborate with the Alliance Brand Team (both EMD Serono and Pfizer) to maximize the impact of Marketing tactics
  • Promotional materials review process and management
    • Collaborate with multiple agency partners in the execution of strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives
    • Manage the select promotional material review process to ensure content and design are appropriate/compliant and impactful
    • Collaborate with the Alliance JRC (MLR governance body for EMD Serono and Pfizer) to drive compliance and efficiency
    • Support print/inventory management process for promotional materials
  • Execution of digital ecosystem
    • Execution of comprehensive and cohesive omnichannel approach, ensuring the right messages are delivered at the right touchpoints
    • Collaborate with the Digital Lead to deliver and integrate content across media and website for both HCPs and patients
  • Other Marketing Team support
    • Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities, including contract management activities
    • Participate as a core member of the marketing team in key meetings and support ad-hoc projects
Location: Flexible, open to hybrid or remote.

Who You Are: You have an understanding of the US biotech specialty space with demonstrated ability to learn and master complex business environments. You have strong communication skills and an ability to translate complex information into succinct and impactful messages. You're motivated by results, urgency, and personal commitment. You possess high integrity and exceptional work ethic, and foster mutual trust and respect.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required with a minimum 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or operational roles in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Experience working in the US Oncology market
  • Position requires both domestic and international travel up to 25% of time

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Experience with GU cancers is a plus
  • Proven record of successful leadership in matrix organizations
  • Ability to present Experience presenting to all levels of the organizations to individuals and groups as well as respond succinctly and clearly to any questions and challenges while presenting
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
