Tuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is hiring a Senior SharePoint Developer. This position can be located in the Fort Collins, CO area or hybird remote/ telecommute and is a direct, full-time position with our company. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The salary range is 120k to 130k.

Position Overview:

The Senior SharePoint Developer provides support in the design, research, risk assessment, and implementation strategy of SharePoint customizations/buildouts and can socialize and educate users. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those processes. Utilizes critical thinking regarding current-state processes and provides future-state recommendations/solutions, as needed.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Identify SharePoint's existing functionality and developing Web-parts, as needed, to meet the users' needs

• Interface directly with internal clients and serve as a technical resource for all matters related to SharePoint Development

• Provide SharePoint Administration support for both the KGS program and the client it supports

• Work with business units, network security, and IT teams to research, recommend and support development of SharePoint site

• Manage the software development lifecycle, including development/test and production deployments

• Ensure that schedules, milestones and appropriate deliverables are set and completed on time

• Mitigate and mediate complex business requirements and/or politically charged issues

• Develop SharePoint sites that support 100+ users and can support research, risk assessment, and implementation strategy and is able to socialize and educate

• Adapt to changing needs and priorities based on updated client specifications or system limitations

• Comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, and execute and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day direction

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

• Microsoft Certification preferred

• 5-7+ years' experience development experience: Visual Studio, C#/.NET, ASP.NET, and HTML

• 5+ years' experience with SharePoint (SharePoint Online preferred)

• 5+ years' experience with MS O365

• Proficient with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5

• Proficient in Web-Designing Skills

• Understanding of the object-oriented programming paradigm

• Understanding of PowerApps within SharePoint Online

• Understanding of ShareGate

• Must possess associated technical knowledge associated with SharePoint like SQL Server administration, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, etc.

• Understanding of industry best practices regarding SharePoint

• Experience in iterative, Agile and/or Scrum development recommended

• Ensure a positive and professional Federal client service experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business preferred

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
