*Job Title:* Senior Full Stack Engineer
*Salary:* $150k-$200k Base + Equity, Benefits, Unlimited PTO

We are THE only observability and debugging platform built for mobile in the market! Our platform proactively identifies improvements, instantly diagnoses errors, and tracks trends and KPIs so that mobile teams can better focus on feature development and finally solve pesky, nagging, high-priority crashes, startup issues, and SDK problems.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience with Python and/or Golang + JavaScript. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications that consume billions of data points daily from over 100M devices.

You will have the unique opportunity to join the Core Experience team to help drive the product vision, and work with Product Management and Design to build the most lovable product.

What You Will Be Doing - Work with Products, Design, and R&D to build and deploy best-in-class web applications for mobile developers
- Coach and support teammates (across the globe) on complex technical challenges
- Work on improving code quality, building test cases, and optimizing performance
- Work with our Customer Success team to understand and incorporate customer feedback into our technical design and solutions
- Implement and improve engineering best practices for a rapidly growing code base that is relied upon by the world's top mobile companies
What You Need for this Position - Strong experience with Python and/or Go
- Experience developing with Javascript
- Strong proponent for test-driven development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with performance optimization and API design
- Solid engineering, coding, and problem-solving skills
- Professional experience using Git
- Enjoy working in an agile environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
- High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company
- Experience pursuing side projects or open source projects
