Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the dispatching of all Technicians (dispatching to be performed by Service Coordinator)
  • Oversee the scheduling of all monthly PM inspections (scheduling to be performed by Service Coordinator
  • Providing technical support to field Technicians
  • Assisting Service Coordinator in the ordering of "approved" parts and materials
  • Performing site surveys for existing and prospective customers for new work after sales lead is established
  • Estimating and writing repair work proposals for existing customers
  • Maintain vendor relations to establish bulk purchases and reduce costs
  • Performing periodic inspections of all sites to ensure quality workmanship
  • Perform periodic "ride-a-longs" with technicians to ensure corporate procedures
  • Inspecting all vehicles for cleanliness, order, proper maintenance
  • Oversee the maintaining of all inventories including main warehouse, service vehicles, and all sites (inventory ordering to be performed by Service coordinator), ensure execution of Mesa ROCME program.
  • Assist in procuring advanced training programs and courses for Technicians
  • Recruit and perform Technician reviews and performance evaluations
  • Promote a safe work environment and hold regular safety meeting with technicians
  • Make customer visits and coordinate regular customer review meetings with key branch accounts
  • Work with branch management team in developing the Branch Business Plan
  • Assist in developing new accounts and promoting service/maintenance growth.
  • Attend weekly branch operations meetings
Job Specifications: (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years HVACR management experience
  • 10+ years technical experience in HVACR, Facilities Management or Maintenance environment
  • Ability to plan, organize and align customer needs with available technicians.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications.
