ECS is seeking a ServiceNow SME to work in our Washington, D.C. office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include:

  • Solution architect - performs ServiceNow technical demos
  • Build customer roadmaps
  • ITSM application implementation
  • Responsible for creating requirements for Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management and Service Level Management
  • Statistical analysis for help desk process using Six Sigma
  • ITIL Subject Matter Expert
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
    • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
  • 23+ years of experience
  • A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years' relevant experience.
  • Works on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently.
  • Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications)

  • Desired certifications such as:
  • ITIL IT Service Management Model Certified V2
  • ITIL Foundation V3
  • ITIL Foundation V4
  • HP ServiceCenter 6X Software Essentials
  • HP Service Manager 7x/9x
  • ServiceNow System Admin
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
