Position type: Full-time Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Location: Woodinvile, WA
Monday - Friday 8 hrs/day shift
As a Shipping Clerk you will:

Job description:
- Plans and directs shipping arrangements for all surface and air shipments to domestic or international destinations.
- Maintains current information on shipping regulations and ensures our procedures are in compliance.
- Receives and verifies the accuracy of product and shipment orders for shipment to customers.
- Provides all necessary shipment documentation, including tariff and customs for international orders.
- Arranges for shipment pick-up by carriers, and oversees the load-out of all orders.
- Keeps accurate and complete records of orders sent.
- Wraps pallets
- Learns packaging for repairs shipments.
- Prepares and maintains accurate shipping procedures manual to ensure consistency in shipping practices and for training/guiding others who fill in the shipper position.

- Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEX, and International shipping is preferred.
- During slow times, assists other material areas as needed.
- Assist in Final Packaging including palletizing and order preparation.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally help left and/or move more than 100 pounds.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20/hr - $23/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
