Salary Range: 11.20 - 16.78 Hourly
Salary may vary based on location, years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.

The Shipping Receiving Coordinator coordinates the shipping/receiving of products for the company under the direction of the Team Leader of Shipping/Receiving.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check in stock- verify packing slip list for the product and quantity against the products that have arrived, verify the products are in good condition.

  • Match the purchase order to the packing slips received- verify the products & purchase order match per product and quantity; update the computer system.

  • Run the Receiver's Report at the designated scheduled time.

  • Stock shelves &/or shuttles neatly with products received, rotation of stock- first in first out.

  • Communicate with Purchasing regarding inventory and inventory issues, as needed.

  • Conduct daily cycle counts & annual inventory counts as directed.

  • Process the delivery ticket orders with zero error rate.

  • Process the package for shipment with the appropriate delivery company according to the designated location and time frame.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks for processed delivery tickets and packages to be shipped.

  • Operate company vehicle for pickups and/or deliveries of products.

  • Process Call Tags for products to be returned as needed.

  • Conduct daily package pickups for the different One Call Care Management departments.

  • Answer the phone in a curious manner to assist callers; maintain good customer service for all customers (internal and external).

  • Prepare and process rental returns to "Return to Stock" status.

  • Ensure that the work area is safe and kept clean at all times.

  • Understand company policies and procedure.

  • Assist facilities with projects as the need arises.

  • Process special requests that are submitted by the upper management.

  • Perform additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED with six months to one year prior warehouse and shipping experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

  • Must be able to lift some heavy items up to 75lbs

  • Must have a positive attitude and work ethic.

  • Detailed oriented and able to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Strong listening skills.

  • Effective communications skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills across all levels of a business.

PHYSICAL/EMOTIONAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTS:

  • For roles located in office or home settings; this job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, speak, and hear.

  • For roles located in the field; this job is primarily active; the employee is regularly mobile and must be able to utilize transportation (such as driving), sit, use hands and fingers, speak, and hear.

  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift objects (up to 10lbs weight; up to 4 ft. height).

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to see things from a close distance and ability to adjust focus.

  • The work environment utilizes florescent lighting; noise level is moderate.

  • The emotional demand of the job may cause undue stress from, but not limited to, moderate/heavy workload.
