Socius Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Coordinator with strong communication skills to provide day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.


The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy organization and pride yourself on your strong attention to detail and note-taking capabilities. In this role, you will track projects both internally and externally and assist with the research, analysis, and client edits. Serving a national client base, Socius is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, in the prestigious Rocky Point area. The Socius office offer panoramic views of Tampa Bay, and a corporate gym and deli are conveniently located on premises. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team is working remotely until further notice, so this role will start remotely.

What you'll be doing:

The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties both internally and externally . Duties of an Account Coordinator include: composing client correspondence, website management, internal correspondence of meeting recaps and responsibilities, pulling reports with analysis and maintaining Teamwork Projects. You'll also work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs. You will be pitching ideas, developing strategies and demonstrating problem-solving abilities to address client issues to Account Management.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Manage notes and next steps from client meetings and conference calls
  • Compose client correspondence of meeting recaps and responsibilities
  • Field and process internal request
  • Website management
  • Update client account reports and databases
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule calls for the account management team
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and achieve past project information
  • Assist with research on clients and their industries
  • Proactively communicate with Account Managers

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • High level or organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Ability to work across different teams and personalities
  • Strong and proactive work ethic
