We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to drive our tech stack. You will need a strong background in managing a team of engineers, strive for excellence, and lead the operations of new tech stacks. Right now we are working with node.js and Golang on the backend, as well as Javascipt on the frontend, so someone with experience in these would be great. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your employees, such as time off approval, performance reviews, etc. We want you to be a mentor to the rest of your team, as we continue to grow throughout the organization.
What You Will Be Doing - Manage a team of software engineers
- Lead the customization, deployment, and operations process
- Hire and onboard new engineers
What You Need for this Position - Previous Software Engineering Experience
- Previous Management Experience
- Familiarity with AWS, React, and JavaScript
