What You Will Be Doing Minimum Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Communication Theory, RF Fundamentals & RF measurement techniques
- Good knowledge of cellular 3GPP (4G/5G), WiFi Standards with focus on RF aspects
- 3+ yrs of experience in product development with cross-functional and international teams
- Good understanding of SDLC and different phases of product milestones and testing requirements
- B. S. in Electrical Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python for test script generation in a HW/SW Environment
- Excellent team player with strong passion for testing and automation development
- 5+ yrs of product certification and commercialization experience
- M. S. in Electrical Engineering or related field

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop OOP-based automation frameworks, actively participate in architecture reviews and quickly bootstrap automation facilities
- Develop scalable test framework for automation of RF feature performance validation for WiFi, BT, LTE/5G-NR, 3Gpp compliance and product expectation
- Design test automation for product-specific RF-parametric performance including EVM, ACLR, Sensitivity, PER, Throughput, Current Consumption etc.
- Responsible for reporting RF performance for key SW release milestones enabling feature and RF-system stabilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams such as RF-SW, Protocol and Hardware to debug issues surfaced during automation testing
- Engine with external vendors to define and understand new automation solutions for WiFi, Cellular (LTE, 5G-NR), and BT RF Technologies
