Sr. Graphic Designer II

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in our in-house Marketing Department, engaging in a wide range of print and digital projects. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who excels at merging innovative design with corporate aesthetics. Adaptability, coachability, team orientation, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Success in this role is achieved by harnessing a distinctive creative style, outstanding typography and color skills, and the ability to convey our brand's narrative effectively.

What you bring:

  • A degree in graphic design or equivalent experience, supported by 6-8 years of professional design experience.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a mix of corporate and creative design projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with style guides and branding.
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a "can-do" problem-solving attitude, and high adaptability to change.

Bonus skills and experience: Familiarity with Adobe WorkFront

What You Wil Do:
  • Design a variety of high-quality marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, ads, banners, emails, presentations.
  • Serve as a project leader, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion while fostering teamwork.
  • Expertly apply and creatively expand our brand identity systems, finding a balance between innovation and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Mentor less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate our collective creative output.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal clients, ensuring diligent follow-through and follow-up to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Excel in a fast-paced work environment, operating with minimal supervision and demonstrating significant independence and initiative.
