Job Description:

• Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.
• Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project.

• Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.
• Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.

• In this role, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate with the different PTD (Plan to Deliver) Area Operations and process teams, prestart & transformation activities needed in advance to successfully transition into the execution of successful ERP deployment activities.

• As a(n) EO ERP Pre Start & Transformation PMO you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Coordinating the execution of Prestart deliverables (Gate 0 to Gate 1) across workstreams within Plan to Deliver EO teams and regions
• Identifying pre-deployment transformation initiatives to drive standard work
• Coordinating with Plan to Deliver EO workstreams and areas the execution of transformation activities identified as mandatory in preparation for ERP deployment, and post Go Live.

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience of ERP and/or BT deployment activities
• Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience
• Ability to work with different time zones

• Experience working and deploying SAP
• Experience leading cross-area, BG and functional teams
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of the process management process as described in the PMBOK Guide
• Servant-Leadership
