Our client, a policy think tank in Washington, DC, is searching for a temporary Sr. Recruiter to join their team! In this role you will conduct full lifecycle recruiting by actively sourcing and screening candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and extending offers. More than 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment is required for this role, along with familiarity using Workday or Taleo. Recruiting for policy and research roles is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This role can pay $32-$40/hr and is slated to last a minimum of three months.
