Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr Research Associate I
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months and possibility for extension
Location: Foster City CA
As aSr Research Associate I, you will:
Follow written procedures to conduct GMP analysis using various analytical techniques such as appearance, pH measurement, solution preparations, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), water content by Karl Fischer, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, dissolution, etc.
• Managing inventory for chemical reagents, columns and perform routine lab cleanup
• Apply analytical chemistry knowledge and learn analytical laboratory skills in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry in a GMP QC environment
• Perform liquid chromatographic (HPLC/UPLC) analysis as needed
• Working closely with senior team members and contribute to day-to-day lab operations and organizations
Required Years of Experience: 0- 5 years
Required Degree or Certification: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry/Biology/Biochemistry or related Science degree
Top 3 Required Skill Sets:
Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Experience
Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
Detail-Oriented
Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets:
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Liquid Chromatography Hands-on Experience
Quality Control/Stability Experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45 - $47 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
