Sr. UX Designer (100% REMOTE)

Our end client is looking for a seasoned Sr. UX Designer with 5+ years experience for a 100% REMOTE for a 12+ month contract position in Austin, TX!

Responsibilities:

Support multiple businesses or product lines.
• Works with business representatives to gather and synthesize appropriate design input, including the impact the business wants to have on end users.
• Collaborates with team members to find the appropriate balance of business value, technical complexity, user adoption or influence, and operational costs for proposed designs and applications.
• Produces user flows, wireframe specifications, and mockups to effectively communicate both high-level design strategies and detailed user interactions.
• Explains the design's intent, behavior, and rationale to different audiences
